TixTime is an Independent Software Vendor based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Our product is call center workforce management software. TixTime provides attendance and timesheets, scheduling, and employee management.

History

TixTime started as a project called DocuTime. DocuTime was developed for a call center to resolve time and attendance problems. In September of 2004 DocuTime underwent its first successful implementation.

Technologies

We use professional web technologies to power our products and services. Some of the major technologies used at TixTime include PHP, MySQL, and the Apache web server. Our products are built and tested on Windows, Linux, and Apple based platforms.
