Payroll Exports

Exporting payroll is easy with TixTime. At the end of the day (or the next day in a 24 hour operation) TixTime validations the timesheet and provides an export of Payroll information. Unpaid breaks and lunches are subtracted. Once the payroll export has been approved by the manager it is locked and can not be tampered with.

Time Slices

Centers can pay employees different rates at different hours. For example an overnight scheduled shift might have a different hourly rate than the scheduled day shift. TixTime can be configured to split Payroll hours on these time slices in your call center.

Basic Exports

If your payroll system handles time slices for you and does not expect number of hours as input TixTime can also export start time and end time of the shift and leave the work up to the payroll system.
