Realtime Schedule Adherence

Timesheets includes Realtime Adherence to provide essential time and attendance information to workfoce managers. Differences between the current staffing and the schedule are listed under Realtime Adherence.


Event Tracking

Even a single employee coming in late can have an effect on your overall performance results. TixTime automatically tracks lates and other Timesheet information, without requiring managers to remember the event and enter it later. When an employee calls in Sick, or worse is 'No Call No Show', the event can be entered into TixTime for reporting and easy tracking.


Overtime Employees

TixTime includes a list of employees that are working overtime on the timesheet. Unauthorized overtime can be a burden to your call center's bottom line. Keeping overtime in check helps improve overall performance in your call center.


Missing Employees

When employees are late to work they will be highlighted for managers on the timesheet. The manager can use this information to make quick operational decisions and decide if more employees should be called in to replace the missing employee.
